Basic, Pascal, LOTUS 1-2-3, and Microsoft Windows NT, 9X, XP, Me, & 2000
and Server versions 2000 & 2003. I am also familiar with workplace literacy
software (GED prep), word-processing, data entry, database management, and most
instructional authoring systems. I am A+ certified and am on the MCSE and CNA

Training Experience includes over 15 years experience as an instructor, teaching at various
levels from beginner to advanced, as well as training instructors. I have
trained a wide range of age groups and educational levels. I have instructed
classes where the age group was focused within a few years as well as groups as
diverse as 40 to 50 years difference in age.
I have taught in the public schools, the private sector, the university
level, industrial settings, and corporate classrooms. I have tutored on an
individual basis and taught classes with over 100 participants enrolled.
Management Experience includes restructuring and management of a multi-million
dollar training center. Hiring and releasing employees, operations and
budgeting of funds, planning and scheduling, cost control, quality control,
writing and administering a $250,000 grant project, and training and
administration of employees
